- 3) $200.00 Night of Photography
The Night Photography session is a workshop that provides choices
include the topics of Street photography,
Time-lapse photography, Long Exposures, Light-painting
and more private workshops for Lightroom lessons are 3 hour
(Please call for openings) - Packages doesn't include State taxes and fees
All requests for 646Studios and ThePandaPhotographer photography services require the client to read and sign the agreement contract. The contract must include the client’s full name, phone number, address, and email address. Once the agreement is finalized and the deposit/booking fee has cleared, a PDF copy of the contract will be sent to the client.

RETAINER FEE
A retainer fee is required for all event photography sessions. The retainer is non-refundable and serves as liquidated damages in the event of cancellation or breach of this Agreement by the Client.
No event date shall be considered reserved until the retainer has been received by the Photographer. The retainer will be applied toward the total cost of the services to be rendered.
The remaining balance of the selected package must be paid in full on or before the day of the event. If the final payment is not received, the Photographer shall have no obligation to attend or provide services for the event.
Any additional custom orders—including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, or albums—must be paid in full at the time of order. Additional costs may apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The retainer is non-refundable once this Agreement is signed and the photography date is reserved.
If the event is canceled within two (2) weeks of the scheduled date, the Client shall be responsible for payment of the remaining balance of the contract. This is due to the high likelihood that the Photographer will be unable to rebook the reserved date.
Once any balance is paid, it is non-refundable.
Any alternative arrangements must be discussed and mutually agreed upon by the Client and the Photographer. All such arrangements shall be confirmed in writing.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A phone call alone, even if made to notify the Photographer, does not constitute formal cancellation.
